The model provides regulated reliance: your entity retains responsibility for onboarding, counterparty controls and internal oversight, and we execute custody, operations and reporting as a provider supervised by CNMV and Bank of Spain. Before signing, we complete bilateral due diligence, responsibility matrices, shared AML/KYC protocols and validation with your legal, risk and compliance teams. This does not replace assessment by your supervisor: each deployment requires internal approval and alignment with your third-party policy and banking outsourcing framework under EBA guidelines and your risk committee policy.
