Yes. Under a Banking-as-a-Service agreement, Bit2Me can act as regulated counterparty and CASP licence holder under MiCA, while your bank or fintech designs the client experience and internal governance. The model provides regulated reliance: your entity retains responsibility for onboarding, counterparty controls and internal oversight, and we execute custody, operations and reporting as a provider supervised by CNMV and Bank of Spain. Before signing, we complete bilateral due diligence, responsibility matrices, shared AML/KYC protocols and validation with your legal, risk and compliance teams. This does not replace assessment by your supervisor: each deployment requires internal approval and alignment with your third-party policy and banking outsourcing framework under EBA guidelines and your risk committee policy. Institutional clients receive a dedicated relationship manager and regulatory liaison to support ongoing supervisory dialogue throughout the partnership lifecycle.
