1. After purchasing your bitcoins via Bank Transfer, you must send us an email to

This means that the price may vary from the price that you saw at the time you started the purchasing process.

So if you send the money on Monday in the afternoon, it is likely that the money will not arrive until Wednesday morning. This is because the bank will send the money to the destination on the next day at morning (in our example on Tuesday in the morning), and from that moment it will take up to 24 working hours for SEPA transfers and 72h for SWIFT transfers to reach the destination. However, if there is a weekend or holiday in that time span, the transfer time may increase.
3. Bit2Me checks (automatically and manually) all credit card purchases to avoid fraud. Once reviewed, the delivery order is sent. This process usually takes no more than 25 minutes, except in cases which require further analysis.
4. Sofort is a tool that easies bank transfers, but they are still bank transfers, so it takes 24 working hours for us to receive your transfer. This means that your bitcoins won't be sent until we receive the transfer via Sofort. Only available with banks based in: Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
