About Toshi

Toshi (TOSHI) is a token inspired by the cat of Coinbase co-founder Brian Armstrong and the pseudonym of Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto. It acts as the mascot for Base, the layer 2 blockchain aligned with Ethereum and developed by Coinbase. The project focuses on building a strong community and promoting the adoption of the Base network. The TOSHI token is used within its ecosystem for various functions, including participation in decentralised governance. This decentralised autonomous organisation allows TOSHI holders to vote on key project decisions, fostering community-based and transparent management. In addition, Toshi has launched NFT collections called "NFToshis", which represent unique identities within the community and offer users additional opportunities for participation and personalisation.
